Global Time off - Has anyone come up with a solution for the requirement in France and Sweden (and soon Denmark) to have separate tracking for accruing time off and taking time off? For example, a person would start earning time off as of January 1st, but cannot start taking it until March.
This is a functionality available for new joins in your organization. Replicon provides an option to add a probationary period at the time off type level that allows you to book a time off only once the probationary period is complete. Is this requirement of yours limited to the new joins or to everyone in the organization?
