Expense Reports - GIANT receipt photos

Our receipt photos in expense reports are giant and we have to scroll side to side or up and down to view particular information. Why can't we have a zoom function like with .pdf files? This is a major complaint all the way up to the President of our company.

Hi Kelly,

I understand that expense receipts when uploaded in large resolution can cause problems, however, right now the resolution is not altered by Replicon in anyway. Until the PM team can review this idea and reply, kindly let end users know that they use a lower resolution when uploading scanned copies or resize them if possible, and then upload.

Thanks for your response. We are taking the photos of the receipts with our smartphones using the Replicon mobile app. These are not uploaded images. We cannot change any resolution or sizing. I would think there is a way within your app to modify this resolution capture or you can identify a plug-in for the browsers to render the view properly like .pdfs do. The photos render properly in Firefox but not IE, Chrome or Safari. 
I owe the President of our company a follow up on this issue, so please extend the courtesy of a call/discussion so I can assure him there is action. I appreciate that you are taking the time to evaluate the issues and help all users.

Has there been any resolution on this in the last 2 years?  I assume not.  We are also experiencing the same issues and struggles.
