Email Notifications going to Spam ?? Delivery server/address undocumented Change in Gen3?

Any other users notice or experiencing this in Gen3?  Between August 5th and August 6th, all notification messages we received from Replicon were going into our Spam folders.  Investigating our Barracuda Spam Appliance revealed, for us, that messages now come from the domain amazonses.com and NOT replicon.com.  My existing whitelist of do-not-reply@replicon.com no longer works.  All messages now also come from an amazon server and not a replicon server.

I am wondering if this is a global change for all Gen3 users, or just my instance?  Is this change documented anywhere in the weekly Release Notes?  I've not see it anywhere.

Replicon has been migrating its customer's instances to Amazon Web Services in a planned manner. You can read about more about this at the link below:

Hi Network Administrator,

As Lingaraj mentioned, we have been moving customers over to Amazon one at a time. So this change would affect different customers at different times. But you are correct that this should have been communicated. We'll ensure that the teams who work with our customers on the transition are giving them a heads up on this. Apologies for missing this.

Thanks,
Charlene

Thank you for the information.  I will investigate with Barracuda to find out why the email headers are not handled in the same manner they were previously, assuming my customer instance was upgraded between the above dates.  I also did not receive any prior notification as it says I should have in your FAQ,

This upgrade will be finished in a phased approach and it would be a scheduled upgrade, prior notification will be sent to your company Replicon Administrators or primary account contacts.

Can I reach out to support team to confirm exactly when my customer instance was migrated?

Upon checking further on this I noticed that the support team has sent multiple emails to you along with another primary account in your company about this move to Amazon Web Sevices.

The subject of the email is 'Replicon Cloud Service is moving to Amazon Web Services!'

This communication contains the exact date on when your instance was migrated. Please reach out to the support team should you require further clarification.

Lingaraj

I checked my system.  See screenshot below.  No email was sent to me, the "Technical Contact" Admin regarding this, period.  Our "Billing Contact" received the email, but was Quarantined and not seen timely.  The server for that message was a google server, and it had no from address picked up by our spam firewall.

These communications are sent to primary account contacts, I see that you are listed as a primary account contact for your company. The from address is usually No_Reply@replicon.com.  As far as the from address not being shown, I will pass this across to the concerned team.

1st communication was sent on 23rd July & 2nd on 29th July. Your instance, was moved to AWS on 5th Aug.

Lingaraj
