how to enable email notifications for time off bookings?

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

E-mail notifications are enabled at 2 locations. One, in the global in the settings and the other in the user profile.

To enable in the global settings:

  • Log into Replicon.
  • Select Administration tab in the top menu.
  • Select Email notifications under the Notifications section.
  • Locate the Time off booking notification you want to enable, in the list of notifications.
  • Click on the name of the notification to be edited.
  • In the Edit Notification Template place a check mark in the box beside Enabled.
  • Save the settings.

To enable in the user's profile:

  • Select Administration tab in the top menu.
  • Select Users under Employees and Organization section.
  • Click on the name of the user to be edited.
  • Select Email Notifications in the left menu.
  • Place a check mark beside the notification to be enabled.
  • Click on Save User Notifications Settings.

If you are looking to enable 'Timesheet is rejected' & 'Timesheet is approved' email notifications for a specific user.

Please follow the steps above to ensure both are enabled at the global and user level.
