Hi Replicon Support Team, I'm Sonia Ambeu from Pengcorp. As a Replicon Client, I would like to highlight here an issue we are facing every month while preparing the billing . In fact, when I extract the billable amount on reports menu, sometimes, it doesn't match with the invoice created on Billing menu. I found some discrepancies for around 20 to 50 cents shorted on my billing. How Replicon can correct this, so the report and billing data matched?
