Create Excel Timesheet Report in fixed rows and column format including NULL timesheets.

How can i produce a Excel Report that has a fixed start date and a fix end date even though there might not have been any timesheets logged for, say the first month?
Also, how can i ceate an Excel Report that shows all staff for every week over the entire project duration even though some of the staff might not have been on the project for selected periods of time.
Essentially i like to have an Excel Report of a STATIC structure with a FIXED number of rows and columns regardless of fluctuations in staffing level and timesheets submitted.

Thank you for using Replicon community,

This would not be possible to create as currently, rows in the report will increase or decrease based on the data.

This is currently not planned, but will keep in mind for a future report/analytics enhancement
