COVID-19 Leave Categories

Trying to set-up new Leave Categories for COVID-19 related leave. How can I make this type of leave available to all employees without going into each employee's record and setting it up? Is there a way to make the policy automatic and universal for all employees?

Hello Samuel,

Thank you for posting your query in Replicon Support.

As I correctly understand you would like to create a new time-off type called "COVID-19"  and assign it to all the users.

As per the records, we can see that your organization is using the Gen 2 version of Replicon.

Step one: Create a new time-off type:

Select Administration from the top menu, and then select Time Off Setup > Time Off Types from the side menu.

Once the policy is set up and finalized, the next step is to add it to all the users.

Step Two: Mass edit the users and assign the time-off type

Note: select all, will work for all the selected users, if you have users loaded in 2 or more pages you will have to go by the page and then perform mass edit.

You may also change "Number of records to display on each page" as per your requirement, by going to user preferences(Right top corner, click your name and settings)

Once you hit the save button, you will get a confirmation "You are about to commit the following changes:" click save and this Time off type will be enabled for all the users.

If you have a large number of users then you can try a CSV import and update the time- off the users.
