When you close a project the associated tasks are also closed.

  • click on Projects tab in the top menu.
  • Locate the Project to be edited, and click on the Edit icon beside the Project (You can also double click on the name of the project) to navigate to the Project page.
  • click on the Project name in the Project Structure section to open the Project details page.
  • Select Closed in the Project Status section. (Refer attached image)
  • Save the change in the Edit Project page.

Replicon Gen-3:

  • Log into Replicon as an Administrator or a Project Manager.
  • Click on Project Management tab in the top menu.
  • Select the Projects tab.
  • In the Project list, click on the Projects name to go to the Project settings.

If you have doubts over what is better, using completed or archiving, then read below:

Archived projects do not display in the All or My Projects lists on the Project Management > Projects page, therefore you’d typically archive any projects you don’t need ready access to. You might, for example, decide to mark all finished projects as Completed, and then change their status to Archived a year or two later.

If you want to find a closed task or archived project, then refer to How do I find a deleted or archived project? A closed task? for information. You can also reopen projects of any status and tasks from completed status.

Thanks,
Lingaraj
