Can we disable the chat dialogue window/popup in our Replicon instance?

We have several out of state users, and for many of them the Replicon chat popup is annoying and misleading, since we have instructed them to contact us with any of their questions/concerns.

Is there a way to disable this chat window or prevent it from popping up and showing notifications in the browser?

Thank you for using the Replicon Community!

We introduced this chat functionality for the ease of reaching us for assistance and to ensure that you the product update notifications are sent to you from time to time.

We however, understand your concerns and below are the options that we can go about disabling the feature
1. Disable notifications - We can disable the future updates that will be delivered to you ,however, you can continue to use the chat functionality to contact us
2. Disable the chat feature - the chat feature will however, be disabled for the entire organization

Please let us know your choice and we will proceed accordingly.
