Bookings and Timsheets after an employee's termination date

We just noticed that when an employee is terminated in Replicon their future bookings and previously generated timesheets are not automatically deleted.  We have our HRIS feed information to Replicon every night so that new employees and terminations are current in the system.  I was told that this is how the system works and that I can post this out on community to see if any other companies have issues with this.

So my questions to you my community are as follows:

1) If you have a policy in place that only so many people can Book time off in a department, are employees not able to Book time because a terminated employee's booking is still on the calendar?

2)  If you are using the billing function for Replicon are you billing bookings for terminated employees?

3) Are you okay with manually deleting future bookings and timesheets for terminated employees?  How do you keep up with it all?

Please give me any suggestions you may have for this issue.

Hi Kathy,

Thank you for using Replicon community,

Like you rightly mentioned, any future bookings or timesheet must be manually deleted. I have also marked this as an idea and we will see if other customers can vote on this.

We are new to Replicon so this is good information. I too see this as a problem. When an EE is Disabled, their timesheets/time off requests should be removed as of that date and going forward.

Also, there should be a way to Future Date a termination. You can enter a End Date, but this really does nothing except give you a date to query on. There needs to be a Future Disable option so when I have a known Term date for an EE, I can enter the date and the system automatically disable the EE on the date entered. As it stands, we have to enter a calendar reminder to go back into the system and disable the EE.
