Our organization is currently configured with Single Sign-On, but we are still in need of a report that contains the IP address of the user.  Currently this can be done by requesting through support and it only goes back 30 days.  We would like this functionality to be added into the base reports so we can pull reports as needed.  Please consider this enhancement.

Hi Tracy,

We are planning to add the IP address to the User Login report. We don't have a timeline for this right now, but we'll update the conversation when we do.

Thanks,
Charlene

Ideal format of this report is as follows:

last name, first name, login name, email, last login date, IP address, login count, browser.

Thank you.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled capturing IP address associated with user login.

For audit purposes, I need to report on the user's IP address.

Although I do not understand why my post, from a year ago,  of the same idea was merged with this post, I am glad to see that it is planned.
Do you have a time frame as to when we may expect this ?

Hi John,

We had started work on this but came across some technical issues that prevented us from completing it. We do hope to get back to this later this year, but I don't have a more specific timeline at the moment.

Thanks,
Charlene

Charlene,
Items for which many clients wish to see seem to be delayed for unforeseen circumstances, technical issues or priority reasons.
Can you inform us of the items Replicon is currently working on (or has been in the past 2 years)  ?
I guess I am looking for a small thread to hold on to.

Thank you.

Hi John,

We've been working on new functionality in almost every area of our product the last couple of years. We've developed a brand new timesheet and have made vast improvements to our time off and notification systems. We are getting ready to launch this functionality and will be making it available to our customers in the coming months. We also revamped our invoicing capabilities, which we announced recently. On top of that, there have been quite a few pre-existing customer commitments that we've been working through.

I hope this gives you a bit more of an understanding of what we've been up to the last little while. I understand that it's been hard to not see some of these requests implemented as quickly as hoped, but I hope it helps to know we've had great things in the works that will benefit all our customers!

Thanks,
Charlene
