Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

No, at the moment allocations can only done on work days. As a work around you create another schedule without any weekends. Let us know your business requirement and we will raise this as a suggestion to our product management team.

Hi,

You don't have to delete the current schedule, but swap the schedules in the users profile. There are no side effects of this, you can now perform resource allocation on weekends. Do you have any validation rules setup? Check this under Administration > Timesheets > Validation Rules.

We have one validation rule - Daily Minimum 100%, minimum 8 hours per day. Will this affect our allocations on weekends when I setup the new schedule?

Hi,

Yes, this will affect users Timesheet submissions as the validation rule will now expect hours to be populated on the weekends too. We do not recommend that you proceed with applying this office schedule, if you have created one. If you do wish to apply this to specific individuals, then you must also setup a different validation rule or remove validation rule altogether.

Thanks,
Lingaraj
