Adding users to all tasks easily

We have 100's of tasks under a project and when we add a new user and if he has to work on all the tasks, then we have to manually check all the tasks after clicking assign to tasks in team tab. It would be easier if we have a check box at the top which would add the user to all tasks instead of checking each box one by one.

Have you tried our Replicon Import Tool (RIA)? This tool helps you add one employee to multiple tasks at once.

Yes, I have tried that but the problem with RIA is that the user should have admin access. Usually project managers add users to the tasks in our company and we do not give admin access to end users. Hence it will not be a suitable solution.

We too have issue with the RIA.  We work within the MAC world and RIA is only available for Windows users.  Why did this change from Gen2 to Gen3?

This is a feature we are also missing. We have recently migrated from Gen2 to Gen3 and were disappointed to see that "replace sub-task assignments" feature is missing in Gen3. A possibility to add a new resource easily to all tasks in task hierarchy would really make life easier for our project managers.
