Adding new users and linking them to multiple projects

I have had to create new user profiles for a handful of people in just a few weeks of starting an account with Replicon.  These new users could not find any projects when trying to submit expenses or timesheets.  Nothing was pulling through.  I contacted support for assistance. 

I was informed that the projects are not pulling through on the new user's drop-down box because each new user needs to be added to every single project as a team member.  Since every new user will now need to be added one at a time as a team member to upwards of 186 projects, I am more than irritated.  I am highly disappointed that there is no option under the user profile to add them to all projects, some projects, or no projects. 

Is this being worked on?  Looked into?  Will this functionality be available soon? 

I am puzzled that on the back end Replicon was able to add over 80 people at once onto over 180 projects.  But on the front end, there is no easy way for me to do this. 

To add to my confusion:  I have had to add several projects myself.  All of the new users I have added DO have all projects I have added pull through in their drop downs for timesheets and expenses.  But I did NOT go in and add these new users to those projects' Teams.  How is this possible?  and add these users onto their Teams. 

I am not a computer genius, but it seems like there is a solution to this problem, or that there is an easy fix to create this functionality.

I am sorry to hear about your frustration and would like to let you know that, we can still help you in adding multiple users to these projects. I apologize for the fact that this information was not shared about how support can help you this process until this feature is built into the product.
