Adding fields to Report Tempaltes

Hi All,

We are currently using a number of reports each month in order to check a few details including hours submitted this month, hours changed from previous months, and time sheet completion percentages. Due to the nature of our time sheet process and how we use timesheet data, this has been necessary but results in user errors and is quite time consuming.

In an attempt to save time and cut down on any errors, we were wondering if it is possible to add additional fields to an existing report template, in particular the "Timesheet Audit Trail" Template.
Please note I am not talking about adding in a field to the generated report, I am talking about adding a field to the template.

As an example, in the aforementioned "Timesheet Audit Trail" Template we are unable to add in a field to display Project Code as it is not an option to select from the Settings menu. This option does exist however in the "Task Time, Expense, Cost & Billing Data" Template.

Ideally, we should be able to know all of the fields available across the various templates and create our template, though if that is not possible, adding in more fields to an existing template would also be extremely useful.

Are either of these requests possible?

Hi Deon,

Before we proceed, do you want to be able to track any changes performed in the project code? Is that what you would like to know through the audit trail or would you like to include project code as it is associated to the project selected for entering time?
