I want to be able to allow another current user to be a supervisor and have the ability to run reports and check timesheets. However, when I adjusted the settings it then disabled me (the administrator) the ability to view them. We are needing both myself and this other user to have access. Please let me know how to allow that.

Hi Hillary,

Thanks for using Replicon community.

The best approach to solve your reported scenario would be to assign the other user as a substitute user to your account, thus the other user would be able to login as you and perform the desired activities. Having said it isn't possible to have multiple supervisors to an user at the same level.

Please refer to our solution on Assigning a substitute :

Not sure what "check timesheets" means, but if this is not an Approval or action, then these requests sound like a Payroll Manager function, with limited permissions.

Yes, you are right, viewing of timesheets for other users who don't report to you requires any of the Payroll Manager/Billing Manager/Cost Manager permissions with limited access.

Below is the sample screenshot for Payroll Manager permission which needs to be setup for view access only to everyone's timesheets.
