Here at Replicon, we’re still hard at work developing new features and improvements for our products. And we’ll continue sending you updates as we launch new features and other product changes.

But since you might have more pressing priorities at the moment than learning about Replicon’s feature set, this week I’ll just give you a quick reminder of some functionality you may find useful in the coming days.

Accessing timesheets remotely

Many people are working from home at the moment, some for the first time. So this might be a good time to remind you that Replicon is cloud-based, so for most companies your staff should be able to log in to their Replicon account from just about any browser. Or, they can download our free Replicon Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, and record time using their cell phone.

Canceling time off

With employees having to cancel upcoming vacations, you (or they) will need to cancel their time off bookings in Replicon. Supervisors and payroll managers can cancel bookings. Or, you can send the following link to end users, and they can cancel their own bookings: https://www.replicon.com/help/how-do-i-edit-or-delete-a-time-off-booking

Updating time off policies

Many jurisdictions are temporarily changing laws around sick time allowance. With entitlements up in the air, many of our customers are creating a ‘COVID-19’ time off type as a holding place for hours.

If you need to quickly update time off policies – to change sick time allotments or extend vacation carry-over, for example – you can mass edit to quickly apply changes to many employees. If you’re using new time off, you can mass edit policies using our RIA import tool, which only take a few minutes to set up, or contact Replicon Support for help.

Finally, if you need help with Replicon at any point, remember that we’re always available via these channels:
