Wording of invoice template for Australian Clients

As an Australian based client we are required to add the term Tax Invoice on all invoices issues. Your template does not provide an editable field to allow this to occur and I am told by your support staff they cannot assist with this. Are you able to provide a template which facilitates the ability to use the term Tax Invoice?

Hello Fitzsimons,

Thank you for posting your query in Replicon Community.

As per my understanding, your requirement is to have the term tax included in the invoices.

You may use Ad-hoc line items to add the tax amount and this is an editable field.


Go to invoices and then select Create a new line item.

Now this will create a new editable line item.

Go ahead and give it a name in the description and then add the Rate now this will be automatically added to the total.

Note: If you do not have an option to create a new line item, then this must be enabled in the "Billing manager" permission assigned to you by your Admin user.
