When our office manager views/prints the timesheet list, is it possible to "hide" any projects that have zero time in them so she doesn't have to sift through them?

Hi Dan,

Thank you for using Replicon Community!

The rows with Project Names and no corresponding hours comes up when the timesheet has not been submitted. We wish to confirm if it is possible for the manager to print the timesheets after they have been submitted for approval as that resolves the issue. The availability of the blank rows is for the convenience of users to put the time and the only way to remove them is by manually removing the rows.

Please do let us know if the issue differs our understanding.

Thanks,

f there's a 0:00 either manually entered into the project, or somehow copied during a "copy timesheet" transaction, the project is still appearing in the submitted vieweven though it has no time on it, is that proper?

HI Dan,

This is system behaviour. Any entry made on the timesheet irrespective of the number of hours, the project shows up. But this seems to be a good idea. For now we recommend you to have users manually erase the 0 hours (which we are sure you might have already implemented). In the meantime we will have our product management review this.

Thanks,

Hi Dan,

In our newer versions of the application, the timesheet automatically clears out any entries for 0 hours. If you are interested in upgrading to the new version, please contact your Replicon account manager or let us know here and we can let them know you are interested in discussing an upgrade.

Thanks,
Charlene
