In our new Absence Management product, we support this functionality. In the meantime, the employee or supervisor needs to delete any old rejected Time Offs in the system so that it doesn't hold onto the balance.
Hi Karen Yes, we know that the deletion needs to happen. The employee doesn't have that capability, Admin has to do it so it's a little troublesome when we don't constantly track who has had rejected time. It puts a kink in the time off processes running smoothly.
