Hi Peter,

Apologies for the delay in responding. The summary turns red in the following scenario:

You have allocated resources to the project by going to Project -- Team -- Allocation. Say a user called Brian is allocated with 100 hours for the month of June. The user's Hourly Cost setup in the user profile is 100. So the total cost of this user for the project is 100,00 $. Now the user starts entering time against this project and enters hours which leads to an increase in cost beyond the cost calculated for the user then the cost section in the summary fly out area turns red. If the hours entered by the user are more than the hours allocated to the user then the hours area in the summary turns red.

However, If you have two or more users allocated the summary considers the total for all users and once that is crossed the same turns red.

Thanks,
Aashnee
