Welcome Email for re-enabled employee

We have field users who may have short-term employment with us in which their Replicon account is disabled but then may get rehired for another short-term duration. Is it possible to have the welcome email sent upon the rehire (Replicon account is re-enabled)? Are there any other requests like this? I guess our other option is to just delete the user after the first employment period but history is lost.

And is it possible to add password as an attribute to the email if we are not using SSO?

Hi Heather,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to resend the welcome email. Additionally, a user who has data recorded in the Replicon system cannot be deleted. He can only be disabled. You can add a default password in the email Heather, however it is currently not possible to add a dynamic password field in the notification.
