HI Subhadeep,

Thank you for using the Replicon Community!

This can be achieved by having the supervisors create a report and schedule it weekly. They can follow the below steps:

- Go to Reports
- Add a new report
- Choose Category as Timesheet and report type as timesheet day template
- Add User Name, Timesheet Period and Approval Status

- Click create and click on the Edit button next to Filters
- Choose the filters "Approval Status" and "Timesheet Period". Click done editing

- Filter the approval status to show only open status

- Filter the timesheet period to show "Last Timesheet Period"

- Run the report and save the report
- Click on Set Schedule

- Set the schedule as follows (you can choose the name, schedule date)

- Click Save and the supervisor will receive the list of timesheets which are open for the previous timesheet period

Thanks,.

Thanks a lot for the steps.

It provides a report of all sheets but can we have a weekly email notifications for managers when any of their team members' timesheet is more than 1 week overdue?

Thanks again.

Hi Subhadeep,

Yes. You can add a timesheet period filter and filter the report for last week. So it will show all the last week's timesheet that are in open status. Once you add the filter, save the report and then add a schedule.

Thanks,
Aashnee

Hi Aashnee!

Is there a way to send this report to all supervisors (role) and send only their resource's timesheets?

Thanks,
Nuno

H Nuno,

Currently if as an Admin you schedule the report, it is not possible to send the report to the supervisors for their respective resources. However, if a supervisor himself schedules a report, the report is scheduled and sent only for his team members.
