We are adding new projects all the time, and we use placeholder resources. It would be great to have the ability to see placeholder resources in reports. That way we can get the complete picture of resource allocation for both existing projects as well as projects in the pipeline.
This idea has been implemented. Kindly run the use the Project Team Time, Expense, Cost, & Billing template under project when adding a new report. Ensure you enable Place Holder column. Sample screenshot has been shown below:
