Viewing of Team punch in/out is now more painful

Hi Team,

Our company  Cycle & Carriage Industries Pte Ltd tracks employees punches closely to ensure they are on time. Up to the end of May I was able to view as a supervisor all my teams punches punch in an punch out under the More > Punch History section. This was much easier for me to quickly browse and get on with my work.

Now I have learnt that with the new app design this has been moved to the 'Dashboard' section of the iOS app.

Punch history now only shows my own punches, but to view my teams punch in times I now have to do to 3 taps.

Its good to see the list of users under the 'In' section but ideally a supervisor would also expect to see the punch in times but when you tap on these rows we do not see details of all the punches, as our users may punch in & out several times in a day.

But details are now hidden under Dashboard > View Team Timesheets > Time Punches section. It would have been easier if we could be taken into the Time Punches section when we tap on the users from the Punch team status page.

Ideally I would love to see all the users in out times for each day in a single page, rather than having to scroll through each timesheet.

Hi Jackson,

Thanks for the great feedback. We are working on improving this section.

We would like to understand all your pain points with the app to help improve it. Would it be okay if we schedule a short 30 minutes call with you to discuss your feedback? If yes, we will send you an email to setup the meeting.
