VAT Calculation

I'd like my expense sheet to show VAT and automatically deduct VAT rate at 20% from a total. Example: Total is £129.00 VAT rate is 20% there net amount is £107.5 and the VAT is £21.50. I would like to net and VAT amount automatically updated in my expense sheet. Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

As an administrator you will need to edit the formula for the required expense code.

Steps are as follows:- 

- Go to Administration.
- Click on Expense Codes under Expense Setup.

- Click on the required Expense Code. 
 

The formula for a 20% VAT need to be entered as follows:

  $Net * 0.20   Steps on how to view the net amount and tax code on the expense sheet are provided in the below article:-
