User not receiving auto emails

One of our client secondary approvers has not received the initial Replicon onboarding email.  I copied and pasted it into an email and manually sent it to her.  She received that email, requested the password reset, and is now awaiting the auto email for her to change her password.  She has gotten her IT Specialist involed.  They have searched and are unable to locate any of the emails.  

Are you able to assist?

Hi, 

I will have our support team reach out to you about this.
Please disregard.  The client approver just notified me that their IT specialist found the emails in their spam filtering system.
