It would be great if as a Payroll Manager you were in the time sheet of the employee and you hovered over a Users name that you can have a pop up window display some important user information. For example, their supervisor, department, location, employee type and start date. It would be very helpful when you are on the phone with them that you had that information at your fingertips because depending on that information you may give out different answers to the same question. Going between screens is cumbersome and makes the call last longer. That is not a really great customer service experience for the employee.
