I do not have admin access, so cannot verify how Activities may be set up and the constraints around them, and the guides I have found are not clear. So:
We would like to use a large list of activities (>100) for all the users in one department (~50). Ideally, we would like to associate each activity to that department, rather than all the users in that department. Is it possible to do this?
If it must be handled one user at a time, is there an easy way to do this (e.g. filter for the dept and then one-click select all to add?)
If it must be one user at a time, then when we need to add a new user to the department, is there an easy way to assign them all the required activities (again preferably filter somehow and do a select all, vs individually selecting 100+ activities)? Would mass edit support this and make it easy to do?
