We're working on the two changes outlined below, to be released in the next few weeks. These changes will be mentioned in the weekly release notes when they've been released.

A change to how we handle SAML login errors

In an upcoming release, we’ll be changing what happens when a SAML user attempts to log in via Replicon’s login page. Currently, if a SAML user attempts to log in at https://login.replicon.com, they’ll receive an error message. After this change is released, if they enter their valid Replicon company key and login name on that page, they’ll be automatically redirected to their company network to complete authentication.

A change to how the Reimburse option behaves in Replicon Mobile

In an upcoming Replicon Mobile release, we’ll be changing the behavior of the expense reimburse option, so that it matches the behavior in the web app. With this change, whether or not expenses are reimbursable will depend on the Expense Column settings on the Administration > Expense page:

  • If the Reimburse option is unchecked under Expense Column, expenses will be marked as reimbursable automatically and users will not be able to choose whether expenses are reimbursed or not. Currently, if the Reimburse option is unchecked expenses are marked as non-reimbursable on the mobile app.
          

  • If the Reimburse option is checked under Expense Column, the user will be able to mark expenses as reimbursable or not reimbursable in their expense sheets. This is the current behavior of the mobile app.
This change will be made in both the iOS and Android versions of Replicon Mobile.
