Unexpected Global Change

Overnight, a change was made to All of our users (+250) which enabled any one of them to view all timesheets for our entire company since we started using Replicon. Replicon told us this had never happened before so one of our Super Users/Admin must have changed it - The problem with this is 3/4 of said users were not in the building and the 4th was myself who logged the urgent call to Replicon. After a day of confusion and the system remaining unstable (i.e. people still able to view timesheets that weren't their own) this was resolved, but still blamed on our own team. 

Has anybody experienced a global change without warning and being told it must have been your (the users) fault?

This could be easily tracked down if we had access to an admistration audit trail report.

We also had 4 users with admin role and now at any given moment only 2 can make changes and the other 2 have read only admin permissions.

Have you ran a login activity report on admin users for that day?

We sorry for the inconvenience caused to you here, such situation could also arise if there are any back end integrations enabled to perform users profile import or update. Where the import could have changed the permission sets assigned to these users. 

I see that one of our Support Specialist in currently working on your open case, let me work on this further and provide you more details.
