Under the old system I could print out (and save) by reporting period each activity with hours for the period and the activity totals since beginning of a particular project.

For example for 5/6/15-5/12/15 the print out would look like:

Overhead   5 hrs   14 hrs
Modeling  22 hrs  132 hrs
Coding     12 hrs    74 hrs

and I would have this for the entire project (e. g. 6 months) for each employee.  How do I do this with the new system?

Hi Price,

Thank you for using the Replicon community!

This should be possible in the current Replicon system. However, in order to help you with the same I would like to confirm if the Activities you are talking about are project names or tasks. We can also have a quick call with you and help you setup the report after looking at the parameters.

Thanks,

The Acivities are tasks, which I can list as column or row headers.  The overall set of activities is a basic (un-named) project.  I think that I might have broken the report code partially, but the report formats I tend to find useful are output as .xml files which, when I open with my MacBookPro, turn into hundreds of lines of xml coding.  I have tried to save some in .xcel format, but they have fled into a black hole.

Aashnee:  I have, through trial and many error(s),  produced a version that does what I need. Once I have the report done on screen, I do a Copy-All to an Excel spread sheet and edit the report and perform the sums I need.

Hi Price,

Under settings you can sum the columns and there are provisions to export the report in excel or print it directly. Have you tried any of these?

I apologize if my understanding differs your issue. If it works fine with you, we can get on a call and discuss the issue further

Thanks
