Unable To View Tabs and Settings Button on the Web browser

Product/Platform: Replicon Enterprise, Replicon Plus


None of the tabs are visible to log out of the application as shown in the screenshot below:


This issue might occur if the user has zoomed the Web Browser more than required. All Replicon Tabs will be moved to a Single Icon at the top left corner as shown below:


Method I
  • Using Mouse: If you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the Ctrl key, and then scroll the wheel to zoom in or out.

  • If you keep clicking the Change Zoom Level buttonPicture of the Change Zoom Level button , it will cycle through 100%, 125%, and 150%, giving you a quick enlargement of the webpage.
  • Using Keyboard: From the keyboard, you can increase or decrease the zoom value in 10% increments. To zoom in, press Ctrl+(+). To zoom out, press Ctrl+(-). To restore the zoom to 100%, press Ctrl+0.

Changing Settings on the Internet Browser.

Settings in Internet Explorer

Settings for Google Chrome
  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. Click Customize and Control Google Chrome > Settings.
  3. Click on "Show advanced settings" and scroll to the "Web Content" section.
  4. Use the menu next to "Page Zoom" to make your selection

Settings for Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu on the right. The customization menu will open and you will see the zoom controls at the top.

  2. Use the + button to zoom in, and the - button to zoom out. The number in the middle is the current zoom level - click it to reset the zoom to 100%.
