Unable to Reopen TimeSheet

I am unable to Reopen a TimeSheet, i dont see the Reopen button after i open a users TimeSheet. Note : I am the administrator. Gen3

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Reopen option is available under the following permission types:- 

  • Billing Manager
  • Cost Manager
  • Payroll Manager

Depending on the permission assigned to you, please verify if the Reopen option for Timesheets, has been disabled. If yes, then kindly enable the same which will allow you to reopen Timesheets. Below is a sample screenshot for Billing Manager permission.
