Unable to locate Settings option after login to the Replicon System

You wish to access/modify information available under your settings option. You login to your instance and click on the gear icon available on the top right hand corner. You are however, unable to find the settings option to do the same.


This happens due to a inappropriate permission assignment. You are not provided with the necessary permissions for settings that need to be enabled in Basic User Permission assigned in your profile.

You can assign the permission if you are an administrator or ask your administrator to follow the below steps and assign the permission to you:

  • Login to Replicon with Administrator Permission.
  • Go to 'Administration'.
  • Click on 'Permission Sets' under 'Employees and 'Organization'.
  • Open the Basic User permission assigned to user and check the ' Edit Personal Settings' option as shown in the screenshot below.
