Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

This issue could occur due to various reasons. I have compiled a few questions so as to narrow down on what could be causing the issue.

  • Are there any error messages showing up when the Scheduled Reports are not triggered? If there are error messages, then it should be pointing to cause of the error.
  • Verify the Next Scheduled Run date and time, is it the correct date and time, or is it set for a future date?
  • Verify the e-mail id's set up in the user profiles of users, to whom the reports are sent to? Also, check if the id's of other users to whom the report is scheduled have correct e-mail set.
  • Are e-mail notifications affected?
  • If Scheduled reports and e-mail notifications are not working then, batch service for your instance may be disabled at our end. (The batch service is disabled for trial instances of Replicon)
These are some of the causes of Scheduled report failure. However, you can always contact Replicon Support and we can investigate further, and locate the cause of the issue.
