Is there a way to track which users are using the mobile app vs. the web? I would like to find out how many users are submitting their time via the app.

Hi Casey,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

Currently you can view the device from the Punches Tab -- Audit History Section. However, we do not have a report designed for the same. I will have my Product Management team review this.

Thanks,

Hi Casey,

Thanks for the question. Do you know which timesheet format is being used by your users? Are they using the punch system?

Could you please help us understand your use case? Why do you want to know how many users are submitting their time via the mobile app?

Thanks,
Vinesha

We are not using the punch system. I see how I could track these stats if we were.  And I want to know how many are using the mobile app for two main reasons:
1. We replaced our old timekeeping system because it did not have a mobile app (something users were asking for) and I want to quantify the success implementing Replicon.

2. If users are not utilizing the mobile app I want to address that with additional training.
