Timeoff Balance

We started using TimeOff feature with accruals set effective 08/10/2014, but the balance displayed is incorrect, please advise.

Hi,

Below mentioned are some of the reasons for balances to be displayed incorrectly:- 

  • Prorate is left enabled while creating a policy. 
  • Time Off Policy effective date set incorrectly. 
  • Check if the accrual and reset parameters are correct. 
We recommend running the Time Off History report which provides detailed information of accruals, resets and balances for users. Should the issue still persist, kindly contact our support team who can troubleshoot further.
