For one of our offices we are using cloud clock and when i tried to create a report based of time sheet day template, project/task details were not coming up.

When I contacted customer support (Murari), i was told that we are using widget timesheet and hence it is not showing up.

As a end user, I don't care what type of timesheet is being internally by replicon but the reports should be seamless. When out payroll clerks run the report they have been using for other groups, the data doesn't show up which is causing lots of issues.

I was asked to open a discussion in the community so that development team can start looking into this. Can you please look into this and rectify the issue as soon as possible?

Hi Mukthesh,

Thank you for using the Replicon community!

If I understand your issue correctly, you wish to have a single timesheet template report for all the timesheet formats that you use. Am I correct?

Thanks,
Aashnee

Hi Mukthesh,

You were mentioning that your payroll managers need access to the project data in reports? Can you explain a little bit more as to how the project selections impact your payroll?

I agree that your timesheet type shouldn't impact report availability but I'd like to understand a bit better how this missing report data impacts your organization.

Thanks,
Charlene

Hello Charlene,

Our pay clerks use this report for the whole organization where they can get the time report for each employee at task level and they also get the time off information from the same report. For one of the location we use cloud clock and when they try to use this report for that location, it is not getting project/task information.

Hi Mukthesh,

I've asked our Support team to reach out to you again. I tried the Timesheet Day report and can see the project and task information, but I may be missing something in your setup. The Support rep will work with you to address the issue or gather more information for me so I can reproduce the issue.

Thanks,
Charlene

Hi Mukthesh,

I heard from our Support team that you were looking to punch in and out against projects and tasks on the CloudClock. As discussed, that's not supported yet - it's only available on mobile. Your team has the option to punch in and out on CloudClock and then allocate the hours to projects from the web interface, but I understand that may not be feasible for those who only have access to a CloudClock.

I'm going to update the title of this so it's a bit easier to track and will let our CloudClock PM know that you are looking for this functionality.

Thanks,
Charlene
