Time sheet rejection by client rep rejects full time sheet

When a time sheet is rejected by a client rep, the entire time sheet is rejected rather than just their line items. When that time sheet is resubmitted to meet the needs of that one client rep, all approvers who have previously approved are then asked to approve again even though nothing has changed for them. This creates much dissatisfaction among our client reps. As a PM, I often have 10 or more client reps per time sheet. Another symptom of the way the process works poorly, is when one client rep rejects the time sheet, any client rep who has not yet approved, no longer can see their time sheet to approve until the first issue is sorted with that client rep and the time sheet is resubmitted.

Hi Suzanne,

Thanks for providing your feedback. We plan to do some work around client rep approvals later this year. We'll definitely review this as we're deciding on the specific changes we want to make. I'm not sure if we'll be making changes around the second issue but we'll take a look at it too.

I'll mark this as an Idea so we review it when we get to the planning stage.
