Time Off Transaction Details report provides limited information

After creating time off rules to increment a persons PTO (i.e., after 5 years a persons PTO accrual increases), I was looking for a way to confirm that the rules I entered are correct.  The Time Off Transaction Details report allows you to see accruals.  However, according to Replicon Support, you can only see a 2 year window of data.  So for a rule that has an anniversary date longer than 2 years, there is now way to confirm the rule is programmed correctly.  Further, the data that the report generates is misleading in the fact that for some people the rules are executed past 2 years showing accurate data but for others its incorrect (i.e., no data is displayed).

Hi Jim,

We do know the restriction of 2 years on checking the accrual data. I would however, like to view the 2 users in explanation for whom the data is showing up. I see that you have a support case with Replicon regarding the same. I have requested the support rep to contact you and we will look into this further. As for the limitation it is currently set to 2 years and I will have this checked internally with the product management team.
