In the mean time you can check the policy details of a user by going to the Payroll tab > Time Off > Time Off Balances > click on any user to view the complete policy information as shown in the screenshot below:-

The online version of the product is structured a little differently from the in-house version but I understand your concern with the usability of this aspect of the product.
We will review this requirement in future product planning sessions and look at how this can be enhanced, either by way of a Report or via other means. In the meanwhile, I think Lingaraj's excellent suggestion should help you verify user time off setups, in a relatively easier way, than having to open each user and each time off type.

We had a paid time off policy change.
After creating two new time off codes and manually moving the current available balances for the 100+ affected employees, I now realize that I may have not taken into consideration the bi-weekly accrual rate (hours earned) for employees with service of more than 5 years.
Seeing that there has not been any follow up activity to this post, I now am forced to review each of the employees individually to confirm their accrual rates.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated before I embark on another day's worth of time off configuration verifications.
