Is it possible to create (or have developed) a report which shows time off by user by month - with the aggregate monthly amounts displayed in columns rather than rows?

What would be great for me is to have the Time Off Schedule report (1st example below) copied and a new report created with the data set out as per the second example below. Would that be possible?

Hi Aashnee,
Yes, the Balance column depicts the remaining balance of each time off type based on what has been booked and approved vs the employee's annual entitlement or starting balance. If including the Balance column is creating difficulties, it isn't absolutely necessary.
