time off calendar visible to all staff

I want to see my staff to see when other's have scheduled approved time off.  How do I enable this?

Hi Mike,

The only option available for the end users to view other's time off is by following the below steps

1. In the timesheet template assigned to these users, enable the option - Show Other Users' Time Off on Calendar
2. Once this template is assigned to the users they will see a settings icon on the top right hand corner of the calendar. 
3. When they click on the icon, they will have an option to view who do they wish to see the time off bookings for

Additionally, this will only allow you to view the booking and not the status of the booking. 

You can also provide these users with Payroll manager access with View only permission to time off section. Similar to the screenshot below



This will give them a payroll tab with view access to everyone's time off and the respective status of the time off
