Time Off Accrual Policy

I have been seeking a method of keeping both of our companies on the same bi-weekly accrual schedule.
Currently, the only option available allows for the accrual process to begin with the user's Start Date.
I have tried manually updating the Effective Date associated with the respective time off codes, thinking i the change would override the Start Date. This has no effect.

We do utilize the Policy Type of 'Set of policies based on users' anniversaries'. This is helpful when a user completes their 5th year of service and qualifies for an additional week of time off.

As it is now, very few of our users are on the same bi-weekly accrual schedule.

This becomes a huge issue when employees compare their available leave balances and question why one has more than the other.

Hi John,

Thank you for using the Replicon Community!

Can we have a quick call to understand the issue better?

Thanks,

Hi John,

We recently added a new option to choose which week you want bi-weekly accruals to occur on, which will ensure everyone's accruals are on the same day. This is available on our latest version of time off. If you are interested in moving to that version, please contact your Customer Success Manager and they can help you out.

Thanks,
Charlene
