Time not updating hours on the mobile app

When entering time in Replicon App, changes are not pushed to Replicon Web. If I make changes on the web, they are not pushed to the App. Is there a save button that I am not seeing or method?

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

The data transfer from your mobile app to the server is almost instant, there is usually no delay in the data update. Refresh the web page and the updated data should reflect in the Web version. For data to update on your mobile app, use the slide to refresh option. Slide down the page and release it, this will refresh the app and show the updated data.

I'm experiencing the same thing. Once I clock in or out on the app, the web page nor the app are updated when look at the timesheet. I also can't seem to "slide to update." There is nothing indicating that the page has updated. It looks like I'm just pulling the page down. It has now been almost 10 minutes since I did a test punch in and nothing has updated.

In order to update the data simple swipe down to refresh or sync the data from web to mobile app.
