Hello Sumitra,

Thank you for using Replicon Community!

May we please confirm if the timesheet format that you are using is an In/Out or a custom timesheet format.

Thanks,
Aashnee

Hi Sumitra,

An update, From our initial check we were able to find the root cause of this issue. The problem seems to be the custom field which you have created on the timesheet, which isn't getting listed correctly on mobile app.

We are further investigating for a possible fix for this scenario, shall revert soon.

Thanks,
Raghu K

Thanks Raghu, We are using both ios and android on field and this problem seems be to be only in android devices.

Is there a timeframe you can provide me with when the problem can be successfully fixed? Because at the moment we are still doing manual data entry while we are paying for Replicon.

Many thanks,
Sumitra

Hi Sumitra,

Currently the custom fields which are enabled on your account aren't supported on mobile app. Hence we would have to review this request with our PM team to consider this in our future releases.

We will have our PM team update on this post further.

Thanks Raghu, currently we have 85% of our users punching from app. During our initial conversation with Replicon and before finalisation, we had confirmed our main reason to implement Replicon was to enable easy time tracking for field users . We were also ensured that this will be looked after.

Are we able to run the mobile app with widget timesheet alone until the custom fields are implemented on mobile app? This way we could atleast avoid manual time entry and also ensure this will given high priority to be ready for us ASAP.

Regards, Sumi

Sumitra, our PM has confirmed that this enhancement would be worked upon and this feature would make available on both android and the iPhone app. However, we are working on the tentative release dates, but this could take time.

As an interim solution, we would request to advise your end users to record time using browser available within the Mobile / Tablet / ipad devices.
