The ins and outs of Replicon integrations

In the last Feature Spotlight, I talked about importing data into Replicon.

But sometimes, customers need to move their data in the other direction. Or, even in both directions, into and out of Replicon, on an ongoing basis.

Why? Because they use Replicon as a tag-team partner with a third-party application. For example, an organization might use Replicon to gather their payroll data and make pay calculations, but use ADP to process payroll. So, they need a simple, smooth, fast, and reliable way to link Replicon and ADP.

Replicon offers several options for moving data to a third-party app, or back and forth between apps.

In-app Integrations

These out of the box integrations are accessible from the Adminstration > Integrations section in Replicon. They create seamless, ongoing connections between Replicon and apps like QuickBooks, BambooHR, Jira, SalesForce, Sage Financials, Xero, Namely, and more. Most of these are two-way connections, allowing you to easily keep your data in sync.

Data Workbenches

Our Payroll Workbench and Time Workbench are complete solutions for exporting payroll and time data, respectively. Each offers advanced filtering to help you select data, and both allow you to track what data has and hasn’t been exported, and generate adjustments to include in future exports when changes are made to data.

Integration Managers

We’ve long offered these dedicated apps for transferring data between Replicon and desktop versions of Intuit QuickBooks and Microsoft Project.

Business Intelligence Connectors

These connectors for Tableau and PowerBI allow you to access your Replicon data to create charts for use in data analytics.

Report data can be exported as a CSV file, that can then be uploaded into other systems.

Replicon API

If you’re technically inclined, you can use our API to move data into and out of your Replicon instance.

Learn more about any or all of these options in our Replicon Help system.

Hello Patrick,

To Export the Expense receipts, we can deploy the "Expense extraction tool" using which you can extract it.

Please reach out to our support team so that they can deploy it for you.

I tried that two days ago but stil haven't received the link.  I used the live help for the request.  How long should I be expecting to wait as we need this for a current audit?
