New York City's Earned Sick Time Act requires employers with 5 or more employees who work more than 80 hours a calendar year must provide paid sick leave. Sick leave is accrued at the rate of one hour for every 30 hours worked. April 1, 2014 or on the first day of employment whichever is later is the date the accrual begins.120 days after begin of employment or July 30, 2014 will be the sick leave becoming available. Based on the description of the rule, can the moderator guide us to create a time off rule?

Hi,

Thank you for using Replicon Community.

As of now, Replicon does not have an option to accrue Time Off hours based on hours worked, hence a part of the policy you are trying to set up would not be possible.

Note:
* As a work around we could set up a report with custom columns to calculate balance.
* The other option is to set up a custom application which would extract data from the application and provide the Time Off       balance.

If you would like to discuss more about the work around options, please contact Replicon.

Thanks

Can you please show us how the custom column will look like and can the hours/days calculated be drilled into for more details?
