Terrible user interface for monthly payroll systems

I'd like to share my feedback from a user entering my time in the system in a company that has a monthly payroll system. While I love the user interface it is absolutely terrible for users who have longer payroll periods (monthly in my case).
For one the save button is all the way to the right of the time entry grid, so for monthly payroll systems it requires you to scroll everyday to the right just to hit the save button. I have on several occasions hit the submit button by mistake because it is right there easily accessible.
Second but related, for monthly systems the grid for time entry is just too long, way make a user scroll? Why not have the grid wrap or be divided into weekly chunks?

Additionally, for mobile users, the app frequently does not update counts as you enter time. Also when you start a new payroll cycle it does not carry over the payroll codes from the previous time period (like the web version does).

Hi Chris,
We would like to understand more on the improvements that you would like to see in the Replicon instance and the reason behind the improvements. Moreover, through the call we would like to discuss what from the suggested improvements is already in plans and what are are we planning to enhance.
Also, there are some areas that we are planning to upgrade from. So we would like to look through your areas of concern and then suggest things accordingly.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. As for the first part of your issue, we would recommend our latest timesheet format called custom timesheet format. This auto saves the data. You hence don't have to navigate to the end of the timesheet for saving the timesheet.
As for your 2nd issue, I would like to have a quick call with you in order to look for work around regarding the same.
